That's exactly what the Thursday Nocturnes are!

A moment without stress, without false promises, just a space to:

✅ unload what weighs you down
✅ listen or talk
✅ or simply be, without pressure
...and leave with a lighter and more serene heart, body, and mind.

Here, we don't come to "party" or "pass the time."
We come for the real thing, for ourselves.

Whether you're a woman in the post-cancer phase or a loved one, if you feel concerned, you are welcome.

How does it work?

✅ You talk, cry, laugh, or stay quiet in your corner — and leave with a breath of serenity and the feeling of having been heard.
✅ You drop the weight of the day, breathe, move forward at your own pace

2 rotating formats, two Thursdays per month:

• "And now?" For you, active woman after a post-cancer journey, even if you're still on maintenance treatments.
A gentle space to unload without filters.

• "And you, how are you?"
For you, "loved one" (family, friend, neighbor...) who often carries things in silence.

All this in a cozy place, without fuss, without frills.

Evening schedule: 6 PM: open doors – chat, snack, breathe 6:30 PM: sharing, always without pressure
8 PM: approximate end (but if it goes over, it's because it's good)
