Do you sometimes feel... torn between what you "should" do and what you truly feel?

January often arrives with its share of good intentions...
and quickly, pressure, demands, and stress take over again.

The workshop "Au Pas du Vivant" – Intention & Alignment - offers a space to breathe, settle, and clarify what truly matters.

In the heart of nature, accompanied by horses, walking becomes a ritual to rediscover a more authentic inner direction.
A first step to return to the essentials and move forward differently.
