Conference: Optimism in a state of crisis: How to stay positive despite obstacles?

I will take care to recount the stages I went through, those life experiences that profoundly shook me—the ones that disrupt, move, and weaken, but which, in hindsight, open the way to new perspectives. I will share that sudden flash of insight that allowed me to bounce back and see things differently. Then, I will be keen to pass on these essential tips—these puzzle pieces that, when combined, help put things into perspective and believe again. Simple, human, accessible tips that anyone, with a hint of enthusiasm, can adopt.
…When boldness and the workings of an optimized brain allow us to transform challenges into opportunities …

This conference aims to:

-> Share an authentic personal journey:
Offer a sincere testimony about significant life stages, the upheavals experienced, and the inner transformations that resulted.

-> Illustrate the power of the flash of insight:
Show how a turning point—a flash of insight—can become a lever to bounce back, change perspective, and regain positive momentum.

-> Pass on concrete and accessible keys:
Offer simple, human, and applicable daily tips to learn to put things into perspective, refocus, and nurture a positive and cheerful mindset.

-> Demonstrate the links between neuroscience and mental posture

-> Simplify key concepts about brain functioning to understand how it influences our emotions, choices, and ability to face challenges.

-> Encourage everyone to cultivate boldness with enthusiasm: invite to fully embrace one's boldness, even in small touches, to transform obstacles into springboards and build one's own opportunities.

Looking forward to seeing you for this warm moment of sharing!!!
