☕️ THE CAREGIVERS CAFÉ

What if, for once, you took a little time for yourself?

Being a caregiver often means giving so much of yourself… sometimes to the point of forgetting yourself.

Supporting a spouse, a parent, a child, or a loved one who is ill, living with a disability, dependency, or loss of autonomy means living an intense daily life, with its responsibilities, worries, fatigue… and sometimes emotions that are hard to let go of.

That is why I wanted to create a space for sharing especially for you. 💖

The Caregivers Café is a small support group, in a warm, caring, and non-judgmental setting, around a coffee.

A moment to: 🤍 talk about your experience
🤍 release your emotions
🤍 share your difficulties and questions
🤍 listen to the experience of other caregivers
🤍 feel understood and less alone
🤍 or simply take some time for yourself

Here, no need to pretend everything is fine.
No need to have the right words.
You can simply come as you are.

Because behind every caregiver, there is a story, a person, emotions, strengths… and sometimes also an immense need to be heard and supported. 🫶
