A gourmet and solidarity feast in the heart of Languedoc 🍷✨

Hey! Looking for a truly special evening? We thought of you! On Monday, January 26, 2026, starting at 7:30 PM, we'll all meet at the Maison des Vins du Languedoc – Mas de Saporta, in Lattes for an extraordinary moment.

Imagine a grand banquet, like those of yesteryear, but with a modern and generous touch. We'll experience an XXL dinner, inspired by traditions, where conviviality and originality will reign. It's a feast designed in collaboration with the caterer FEU, and most importantly, it has a beautiful purpose: every bite and every glass support the winemakers of Corbières affected by last summer's fire. We celebrate the Languedoc art of living, together, around a large table in a 100% sharing spirit. Cool, right?

On the menu, get ready to feast! We start with the chef's pâté en croûte and traditional head cheese, then crispy truffle croques browned over the flame, and for the main course, a confit deer mouse. And to finish sweetly, caramelized apples at the brazier, flavored with fresh thyme and sprinkled with praline pieces. All this is generous, regional cuisine, to savor together to delight the taste buds. Wines and coffee are included, with a selection of AOP Corbières cuvées that will perfectly accompany the meal.

But beware, spots are limited! The price is €65 per person, by reservation only. If you're a winemaker, there's a special rate – simply email v.margolle@languedoc-aoc.com to take advantage. It's a unique menu, with seating arranged by us, so book quickly so you don't miss out!

For practical info, it's simple: free parking on site. If you're coming from Montpellier, you can take the pedestrian bridge over the A709, or bus stop n°11: Saporta. Small detail: animals are not allowed, but we promise a warm atmosphere instead.

So, ready to join us for this Banquet of Saint-Vincent, Return from the Hunt? We can't wait to share this feast with you and support a beautiful cause. Reserve your spot now and come experience a unique moment of conviviality and flavors! 🍽️🎉
