🌹 SLOWING DOWN TOGETHER 🌹

🍂 Autumn reminds us of something essential:
not everything needs to be held onto.

Like leaves that naturally detach from the tree, we too can lay down what weighs on us, let go of what no longer needs to be carried… and make room for what wants to be born within us.

On Sunday, October 18, I invite you to experience a timeless moment, among women, in the softness of the Rose Frequency. 🌹

A space to lay yourself down, listen to yourself, breathe, and simply be.

🌹 Lay down what asks to be laid down
🌹 Fully welcome what is
🌹 Let circulate what seeks to move
🌹 Rediscover softness, presence, and connection to yourself
🌹 Connect to the feminine, in sisterhood and benevolence

✨ ON THE PROGRAM ✨

🤍 Women's circle & sharing

🔻 Connection to self
Return to your body, your sensations, and your inner space.

🌹 Transmission around the Rose Frequency & Rose Blessing
An invitation to open a space of softness, love, and presence.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Guided meditation
An inner journey around the passage into autumn and what this season can teach us: slow down, let go, transform.

💃 Free & conscious movement
To bring movement back where something has frozen and rediscover grounding, fluidity, and presence in the body.

🎴 Message from the Oracle of Light & the Madeleine Tarot
A time of intuitive listening to leave with a light, an inspiration, or a message for yourself.

✨ Because we don't always need to do more.
Sometimes, we simply need to stop, breathe, let things circulate...

And sometimes, the simple act of gathering among women, in an enveloping space, allows the unexpected 🤍

🌹 A morning to slow down together, reconnect… and leave a little lighter.
