Hear ye, hear ye!!!

Registrations for the winter retreat "Meeting the Living" are open!!!

When?

From Friday, January 30 at 6 PM to Sunday, February 1 at 5 PM

What?

Winter / the connection with Water / the direction of the North / the Sacral Chakra / Honoring ancestors and death / welcoming emotions...

The initiatory acceptance of cycles!

This stay is the second in a series of four stays, each dedicated to a particular season and the explorations that stem from it.
You can register for the entire cycle, or choose the stay(s) based on your needs and constraints.

Who is it for?

For you who need to give yourself a refreshing respite, a space for introspection and connection with nature, air, earth, fire, and water to get closer to your own nature...

For you who wish to explore the cycles of life to gently welcome life's transitions and live your inner cycles with serenity...

But also for you who wish to feel and understand to better accompany beings in a particular stage of their life...

And simply for you who feel the need to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with a tribe to advance in the knowledge of your being and curiously meet the living and its cycles!

The yoga postures will specifically target the sacral chakra, related to emotions, sensuality, and creativity with beautiful hip-opening poses.
And of course, yoga practice brings a proper balance to all bodies.

The hikes and yoga practices are adaptable for everyone.

What to expect?

- Spend 2 days and 2 nights in a charming cottage in the heart of the beautiful village of Nohèdes (Eastern Pyrenees, alt. 950 m, https://www.grandsgites.com/gite-66-le-presbytere-7273.htm) 1 hour from Perpignan in shared rooms with delicious meals.

- Share daily life within a group of about ten people with times dedicated to:

* Sensitive walking (hikes punctuated with various proposals)

* Wild Yoga (a blend of different yoga styles, meditation, breathing... indoors or in nature depending on weather)

* And also, depending on the living, possibility of other presence and connection proposals: Spaces of silence and introspection / Drum journey and Yoga Nidra / Sacred rituals / Sit spot (simple and powerful exercise of connection to the living) / Creative workshops / Karma Yoga (selfless action in service of the community, especially in the kitchen and for cleanup at the end of the stay) / Human circles (time for expression and connection).

- Give yourself a digital break by setting aside your mobile phone for the duration of the stay (as much as possible, and of course remaining reachable if necessary).
