🌿 FREEDOM Retreat: Parent – Teen 🐎Rediscover the thread of your bond through the horse

✨ Why this retreat?

Adolescence is a land of metamorphoses where dialogue sometimes weakens. We love each other, but we no longer always know how to say it without daily life or shared history weighing too heavily.

We invite you to step out of face-to-face interaction and find each other side by side, thanks to the calming and revealing presence of the horse.

🐴 What your sacred interlude includes:

• Equine Mediation: The horse does not judge. It reflects your dynamics with neutrality and helps you rediscover authentic communication, beyond words.

• Shiatsu in Duo: An introduction to caring touch to rediscover each other in relaxation and trust.

• Qi Gong & Breathing: Slow movements to ground yourselves together and regulate emotions.

• Suspended Moments: Breaks by the water (pool or river) to let the experience sink in.

• Evening of Connection: Laughter, games, and music to celebrate the joy of being together.

🌱 Expected effects: a new breath for your relationship

This retreat is not a "miracle" solution, but a space to sow seeds of lasting change:

• Immediate calming: Stepping out of the usual setting helps release built-up pressure and tension.

• New communication codes: You learn to talk to each other "differently," without reproach, listening to your deep needs.

• Restored mutual trust: Working with the horse and Shiatsu touch help you relearn to lean on each other.

• Concrete tools for home: You leave with simple techniques (breathing, grounding) to handle future moments of crisis.

• A foundational memory: Living such a powerful experience creates a positive "foundation" you can refer to when daily life becomes difficult again.
