What is this Foundation class?

It's 3.5 days of facilitation/coaching with Access tools around a multitude of themes to target and remove limitations in all areas of your life, including: relationships, money, family, commitment to yourself and your life, managing emotions, judgments, thoughts, feelings, manipulation, ... and so much more!

You'll also discover new body processes such as MTVSS for more awareness and communion with your body that you can practice just like Access Bars after the class!

What can this class bring you?
You'll receive a nearly 80-page booklet with everything we'll cover in class to give you daily tools to manage most of what limits you today and be completely yourself!

Testimonial from Marie-Sandrine Salvai:
"This class has since completely transformed my perspective on things and my projects by making me aware of what truly drives me. I use a large part of the tools contained in this Foundation booklet daily; it has truly changed the way I create my life: with more joy, ease, and glory!"

Available for any questions and so enthusiastic to facilitate for you to invite you to be completely yourself!
