Tempt Fate | Brutal Melodic Death, Toulouse. Band formed in 2014, inspired by groups such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Aborted, Benighted... has released 2 EPs and 2 albums. Their latest album Holy Deformity was released in September 2023 on the label Almost Famous and distributed by Season of Mist. It was recorded by Nicolas Constans and Tempt Fate then mixed and mastered by Thibault Bernard of Convulsound Production.
Holy Deformity showcases the full range that the band can offer by blending technique and brutality in an aesthetic know-how, whose violence only releases the listener once the last note is unleashed. The whole deals with the depths of the body, the human, and their existential anxieties.
