A space where movement arises effortlessly.

Ecstatic dance is an invitation to surrender to this space, to let go of learned steps, codes, and judgments... to rediscover the most intimate and wild dance:

Yours.

𝐀 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦
A sacred ground where you can set aside your mind and let your body take over.

You can let yourself be carried away in the dance, sing, experiment with voice, connection to the ground, or dance with the energy of an element.

It's a journey guided by music.

But what makes each encounter truly unique is you.

I hold the space, but it's your being, your color, your movement—connected to those of the group—that bring the experience to life.

𝐀𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞
You are free and autonomous

You can dance but also stay still, observe, breathe.

You can draw one or more oracle cards available, play with bolas, fabrics, or simply let yourself be inspired by the energy of the moment.

The gifts you can receive

- A release of tensions and the mind

- The pleasure of vibrating, without expectations or comparisons

- A deep reconnection to your vital energy and intuition

- The possibility to express all your emotions: joy, power, gentleness, silence...

- The feeling of belonging to something greater, of being part of life

There are only 3 rules in ecstatic dance:

- No talking during the dance

- No alcohol or drugs

- No judgment: kindness and respect for consent

My rule: barefoot (or in socks), and phones outside the room.

Let go: forget your appearance and movements.

Dress comfortably: choose loose clothing suitable for movement.

Listen to your body: respect your limits and move according to your desire, without forcing.

Stay present: set aside your thoughts, dive into your sensations.
